July is Disability Pride Month, the first disability pride parade was held in Chicago in 2004. This Movement has now made it to Kansas as National Miss Amazing Teen 2020 Kirstianna Guerrero led the initiative partnered with Kansas Miss Amazing and founded a new nonprofit to continue the parade in the future: Disabled & Proud Foundation of Kansas
